Dear Mr. Hasbrouck,
Please find attached the application for the Northampton Farmers Market that we discussed some time ago. It is my
understanding that
This permit is for a 30 day banner and that we need to pursue further avenues to place a longer term but smaller sign in
the same location
For a longer period. Also attached are two photos with a photoshopped mock up of the type of banner we would like to
place on the
Courthouse fence. I believe the first photo is the spot the Hampshire Council Of Governments has approved but I have
included the
Second so that the City could offer an opinion if that option is made available to us by the Council of Governments.
