Public toilet room interior alterations
Construction conclusion report
Dear Inspector Miller:
I visited the above project jobsite this morning, shortly after I had been notified that work was
complete. My field observations in both the men's and women's public toilet rooms lead me to
conclude that, in my opinion and to the best of my knowledge, all of the work described on my 28
January 2012 Drawing A -1 has been completed in conformity with the Massachusetts Building
Code (780 CMR), and the Architectural Access Code (521 CMR). That includes the automatic
pad- operated door openers which are fully operational.
Now that the long - awaited ceiling tiles have been installed, I consider the project complete in
accordance with my design, and I find it worthy of your consideration as being eligible for award
of a Certificate of Occupancy.
Should you have any questions at all after reviewing the work firsthand, please be in touch.
Thank you for your kind consideration.
i erely,
