Richard Lloyd discussed the following matter with Commissioner Louis Hasbrouck in November of 2011.
It was suggested at the time that we make a formal request for a refund of the building permit

overpayment.
paid a permit fee of $2,513.66 on June 1, 2011 based on an incorrect calculation of square footage.
The erroneous square footage is listed below:
First Floor: 2165 sf x $0.50
Second floor: 2205 sf x $0.30
Non - living: 1643 sf x $0.20
The permit fee based on correct square footage should have been $1,304.10 based on the following
square footage.
First Floor: 1159 sf x $0.50
Second floor: 1046 sf x $0.30
Non- living: 2054 sf x $0.20
Please refund the permit fee overpayment amount of $1209.56 to Kohl Construction Inc.
