I think that there would be no further review by the Planning Board for the application to put the PD's
equipment on Atwood Drive tower. See the attached site plan approved by Planning Board in 2000 where the
city's equipment was part of the approval. It is also described in the text of that application as well.
So the next step would be to submit the zoning permit application to Tony (download from Bldg website) and
submit with the attachments you emailed. Tony can review /document it and it can go forward with building
permit review.

(b) the construction is subject to the licensing authority of the Federal Communications Commission

applicable local building permit codes and standards. EME analysis shall be consistent with current revision of FCC /OSHA
