O rdered ) that WHEREAS, the Northampton Conservation Commission submitted a CPA application for purchase of approximately 100 acres which will bookend the northern and southern boundaries of the Mineral Hills Conservation Area. And, that the grantee meets the conditions approved by the Community Preservation Committee, the Mayor, and City Council. Specifically, $124,300.10 is appropriated from the CPA Open Space Reserve'(accoilllt #2344930- 359931), and $177,699.90 is appropriated from the CPA .Budgeted Reserve (account #2344930- 359930).
