Dear Sir /Madam:
Thank you for your inquiry concerning the feasibility of installing
natural gas at the above address.
The total installation cost of a gas main /service is $ 1080.00
Your contribution towards the installation is $ No Charge . This quota-
tion will remain in effect until June 22, 1988 . Based on the
information you provided, the Bay State Gas Company has the capacity to
supply a total of 300 CFH. The pressure in the street main is
Prior to any meters being set, an application must be filled out
and a meter deposit will be required. The meter deposit can be paid by
cash, irrevocable letter of credit (valid for 2 years) or surety bond
(valid for 2 years). Failure to answer all questions on the application
may result in a delay in setting your meter.
If we do not hear from you by the expiration date the above quotation
will be withdrawn and subject to renegotiation.
