Hello John -
Here is the report for 6 Garfield and two recent pics.
Please let me know if there is anything else that you need!
-The current status of the project. What has been completed?
The $180,000 is for the final 3 of a total of 5 Habitat homes to be completed at Garfield Ave site in
Florence. 2 &4 Garfield Avenue have been completed and sold. The third home ( #6 Garfield Avenue) is
under construction with completion expected by the end of May 2012 and sale to the homeowner —
Mary Serrano- by June 30, 2012.
To date we have expended: $50,902 for the construction of #6 Garfield
-What is remaining to be completed?
The balance of 6 Garfield (about an additional $50K) and the two additional houses each @$125K.
-What is the expected timeline for completing the project?
6 Garfield completion and sale by June 30, 2012
3 Garfield start in summer 2012, completion and sale by June 30, 2013
5 Garfield start in summer 2013, completion and sale by June 30, 2014
-Have all current invoices been submitted and paid? Detail remaining expenses.
Submitting request for $30,000 of the $60,000 for Year 3 which covers the homebuilding of 6 Garfield
Avenue.
Remaining expenses: 6 Garfield Ave $50K
3 Garfield Ave 125K
5 Garfield Ave 125K

I am requesting a.drawdown of $30,000 as the first 50% drawdown for year 3 of Community
Preservation Act fiends for the Garfield Avenue site.
To date -we have incurred $,74,902.20 costs — detailed as follows:

$120K allocated at 24K/house-
covered by prior years CPA award -
already drawndown)

Share of site work $ 24,000 (covered by prior years CPA)
House Construction $ 50.902
