Dear Curt:
Thank you for your recent letter regarding modifications to the office building complex on Atwood
Drive. We appreciate knowing the name change for ownership and project construction purposes.
With regard to your project changes, Office of Planning and Development staff including Sarah LaValley
for the Conservation Commission and myself for the Planning Board will need to sit down and review
draft plan changes for any modifications to the approved plan. Depending on the nature of the changes,
we each must make a determination about whether the changes will trigger any additional review by
the Boards or whether they are administrative in nature and do not trigger changes. This review must
be done prior to any building permit application for construction.
Of particular concern would be changes that impact flood storage capacity and pedestrian flows and/or
facilities. Both Sarah and I will be available to look at draft plan changes when you have them drawn.
