Existing Use
The lot is occupied by an existing building known as Linda Manor Extended Care Facility, a parking lot,
and typical site improvements.
Planned Use
The proposed work is the installation of a new municipal water services extending from Haydenville
Road to the existing water storage tank shown on the attached plans. A portion of the work is to be
completed within the 100 foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. The work is to be
completed in a previously disturbed /developed grassed area directly adjacent to the existing driveway.
The property owner has contacted some of the neighbors regarding the project.
