THIS AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT (hereinafter "Amendment ") is made as of the 1s{ day of

(hereinafter "Lessor "), and BELL ATLANTIC MOBILE OF MASSACHUSETTS CORPORATION, LTD., a
Bermuda corporation (hereinafter "Lessee ").
WHEREAS, Optasite Inc., a Massachusetts corporation and Lessee entered into a Lease Agreement
effective August 1, 2006 (the "Agreement ") pursuant to which Lessee leases a portion of the tower site located at
245 Old Wilson Road, Northampton, MA 01062; and
WHEREAS, Optasite, Inc. and Optasite Towers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company entered into an
Assignment of Leases dated November 1, 2006; and
WHEREAS, Optasite Towers, LLC amended and changed its name to read SBA Infrastructure, LLC on
September 18, 2008; and
WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee desire and intend to amend and supplement the Agreement as provided
herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, the parties hereto covenant, agree and bind themselves to the following modifications to the
Agreement:

4. FEES & TERMS Section to the Agreement is hereby amended to increase Lessee's Monthly Lease Fee as
follows:
The current Monthly Lease Fee shall be increased by One Hundred Fifty and No /100 Dollars ($150.00), partial
month to be prorated effective as determined by the date this Amendment is last executed by both parties
( "Effective Date "). If the date this Amendment is last executed occurs between the first and the fifteenth day of a
month, the Effective Date will be the first day of that month and, if the date this Amendment is last executed occurs
on or between the sixteenth and the last day of the month, the Effective Date will be the first day of the following
month, Upon the anniversary and all future anniversaries of the Commencement Date of the Agreement, the
Monthly Lease Fee, including any and all Monthly Lease Fee increases, will be escalated in accordance with the
Agreement. The parties acknowledge and agree that the increased monthly payment(s) may not actually be sent
by Lessee until thirty (30) days after the "Effective Date ".
5. Lessee's "Approved Equipment" as defined in the Terms and Conditions, Section 1. Grant of Lease to
the Agreement is hereby amended in accordance with Item 6 below.
6. Exhibit A — Approved Equipment list attached to the Agreement is hereby amended to replace the

terms and conditions:
The Lessor does not warrant nor represent that the access road to the Tower Site will remain open and passable at
all times and seasons of the year due to weather conditions that are beyond the Lessor's reasonable control.
Normal Tower Site maintenance will therefore not include snow plowing or sanding of any access road.
9. Capitalized terms not defined in this Amendment will have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the
Agreement.
10. This Amendment will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state
in which the Tower Site is located without regard to principles of conflicts of law.

Per your request, FDH Engineering, Inc. has reviewed the original manufacturer's drawings and
the proposed loading for the 169' monopole located in Northampton, MA. The original design
configuration by Sabre Communications Corp. (Job No. 05- 04188) dated April 21, 2005
stipulates the tower was designed to accommodate the appurtenance loading outlined in Table 1
on the following page.
The load resulting from the current configuration (see Table 2) combined with Verizon's revised
loading of (6) Ante] LPA 185080/8CF antennas and (6) Antel LPA 80063/4CF antennas at a
centerline elevation of 122' with corresponding (12) 1 -5/8" coax (see Table 3) will be below that
of the original design loading. Furthermore, provided the tower foundation was designed and
constructed to support the tower at capacity, the foundation should meet TIAIEIA -222 -F standards
with both the proposed and existing antennas in place. The existing coax should be reused with
the proposed loading.
Our assessment has been made assuming all information provided to FDH Engineering, Inc. is
accurate and that the tower has been properly erected and maintained.
In conclusion, the proposed Verizon installation should meet or exceed all applicable standards
and should therefore be considered safe. Should you require additional information, please do not
hesitate to contact our office.
