To begin open the LaserFiche Client 8.1 program. Once this is open click on the scanner button.
When the Scanner screen opens check off the standard check box.

The Scan engine should be Twain and chose the FUJITSU scanner.
For scanning multiple page documents select Feeder (Duplex)
The setting and processes should look like this. Paper Source=Duplex, Color= Black & White.
The image process settings should look like they do below in the Configuration Column.

Highlight default properties. You can now name the document on the right. Select the building template from
the drop down and name the document the Map-Block number.
Next click on the settings tab on the right. Make sure the page limit box is unchecked. Next use the browse link
under the Folder Path to browse to Buildings\Parcels. You enter the Map\ and then the Map-Block after the
parcels. You will need to enter the \ symbol after each field.

Next take out all staples and set the documents in the scanner face down with the staple side up. Click Start
Scanning.
The Scanned image will appear
under the Revision pane. The
pages will need to process this
could take a couple minutes
depending on the number of
pages.
When the processing is done the
Store link will turn solid in the
lower right hand corner. Click on
Store.
The Documents will now be
stored in the folder you specified I
the Folder Path.
