RE: Application for Certified Rehabilitation, St. Michael's School
Dear Mr. Conway:
The survey staff of the Massachusetts Historical Commission has advised
me that St. Michael's School does not meet the criteria for listing in
the National Register of Historic Places and therefore would not qualify
for the provisions of the Tax Reform Act of 1976.
Well over a year ago,- this office advised the Northampton Planning staff
that the property did not appear eligible for listing in the National
Register of Historic Places.
If you should have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
, z ;
7oseph R. Orfant
